Ingredients
3 bottles Sparkling Ice soda – your choice of flavor
5 Tbl – Unflavored Gelatin
Instructions
Put one bottle of soda in large bowl, add gelatin 1 tablespoon at a time and whisk until combined. It will foam up but that will settle.
Bring 2 bottles of soda to a simmer and add to soda/gelatin mix. Whisk until blended. Pour into mold of choice and refrigerate until firm. Usually 3 – 4 hours but best overnight.
