8 oz sugar-free dark chocolate chips
2 Tbsp Organic Peanut Butter
½ cup shredded Unsweetened Coconut
½ cup chopped nut of choice (Pistachio, peanut, pecan…)

Optional: ½ tsp peppermint, orange, banana extract, or other flavoring  Alcohol free


  1. Melt Chocolate in a large bowl – either over a water bath or in microwave
  2. Add other ingredients and mix well.
  3. Lay out mixture on a sheet of wax paper and cover with another sheet. Roll out to desired thickness and refrigerate. Cut into 1″ squares.

Store in refrigerator.
