Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 anchovy fillets, mashed
4 spring onions, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, crushed
1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
1/4 cup chives, finely chopped
1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together well. Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
