I especially like this Cole Slaw with barbecue ribs or chicken. The dressing counters the sweetness of a lot of the commercial barbecue sauces out there.


3 cups – Shredded cabbage (green)
1 cup – Shredded cabbage (red)
1/2 cup – shredded carrot

1/4 cup – apple cider vinegar
1 Tbsp – Grainy Mustard
1/4 Tsp – Stevia
1/4 cup – Olive Oil
1 Tsp –  Celery Seed
Black Pepper & Kosher Salt to taste


Mix cabbage and carrots in large bowl.
Thoroughly blend dressing ingredients and pour over slaw
Toss until completely coated.
