These little skewer bites are not only healthy but delicious.

I did not include amounts on the ingredients as that will vary with how many you are making.

Ingredients:

Fresh Mozzarella (cut into bite-sized chunks)
Cherry Tomatoes or Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions:

    1. Place Mozzarella, Basil leaf and tomato on skewer  Only one of each on a skewer – these are appetizers so you want a 1-2 bite maximum.
    2. If doing in advance, hold in refrigerator up to an hour. Cover with a damp paper towel to prevent drying out.
    3. Drizzle with glaze and serve.
