Fresh Mozzarella (cut into bite-sized chunks)
Cherry Tomatoes or Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Basil Leaves

Instructions:

- Place Mozzarella, Basil leaf and tomato on skewer Only one of each on a skewer – these are appetizers so you want a 1-2 bite maximum.
- If doing in advance, hold in refrigerator up to an hour. Cover with a damp paper towel to prevent drying out.
- Drizzle with glaze and serve.
