6 ea Chicken thigh
2 tablespoons Oil
1 ea Onion, med; chopped
2 ea Garlic clove; crushed
1/4 teaspoons Thai chile, dried; crushed
1 teaspoon Cumin, ground
1 teaspoon Coriander, ground
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
Brown chicken in oil. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken is tender. Serve with lime wedges.
