This simple, but delicious recipe is one of my favorites. I usually serve it with a vinegar based Cole Slaw and Yellow Squash & Zucchini Au Gratin.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slab(3-4 lbs) Pork Baby Back Ribs
  • Cumin powder
  • Black pepper
  • Onion powder
  • Smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Thoroughly sprinkle the spices on both sides of the slab
  2. Wrap securely in aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees
  3. Carefully remove from foil, discard any drippings
  4. Place ribs on baking sheet and broil for 6 – 8 minutes at 450 degrees
  5. Let stand for 10 minutes, cut into single ribs and serve.
