Keto "Cornless" Corn Bread


2 Cups Almond flour
4 large eggs
¼ cup butter, melted
½ Tbls Baking powder
½ tps Salt
½ cup Sour Cream
1/8 tsp Stevia (or equivalent non-sugar sweetner)


Place first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mix well.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Place in greased baking pan (I use 9” Spring form pan with Parchment paper on bottom)
Bake 35 min 350 degrees or until lightly browned and firm.
Cool on wire rack. Store in refrigerator.
