2 large lettuce leaves
2 slices turkey
1/4 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
Lay lettuce leaf flat on a plate. Place one slice of turkey. Spread with pesto sauce. Top with 1/2 of the red pepper slices.
Repeat with second piece of lettuce and turkey.
