1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon chopped capers
1 tablespoon chopped gherkins (pickles)
1/4 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients together well. Season with salt and pepper. Top with a few capers to serve.
Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
