• cucumber slices
• lettuce leaves (roll filling up inside)
• roasted eggplant slices (cut eggplant in 1/4" slices, place on greased baking sheet, sprinkle with salt if desired, broil for 5 minutes on each side)

• sausage patty
• roll up inside deli-sliced meat or cheese
• a slab of cold meat or cheese
