2 ½ cups of Broccoli Florets 2 cups of Cauliflower Florets 1 small Red Onion (chopped) Salt (to taste) Black Pepper, to test (freshly ground) ½ cup Mayonnaise ½ cup Sour Cream 1 ½ tsp. Vinegar A dash of Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and onion. In a separate bowl, stir together mayonnaise and sour cream. Add vinegar, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over veggies and toss.
