DIABETIC RECIPE
1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon fresh lemon 1 tablespoons curry powder 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 1/2 cut diced celery 1/2 cup diced green beans 1/2 cup diced cauliflower
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder until smooth. Set aside.
Place remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add mayonnaise sauce and toss well.
Let flavors blend in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
