2 lb lean ground beef 1 green bell pepper, cored seeded and minced 1/2 cup chopped scallions 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp paprika Red pepper flakes, to taste Salt, to taste Combine beef, green pepper, scallions and garlic in a mixing bowl. Add cumin, oregano, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes and salt to taste; mix until blended. Shape into 6 patties.
Broil, fry or grill the meat to desired doneness.
