Pork Roast & Cabbage

2 cups of cooked pork roast, chopped (good for leftovers)
1/2 head of cabbage
2 large onions, chopped
juice of 1 fresh lemon
pepper and cayenne pepper to taste

Saute cabbage, pork and onions in olive oil. Add lemon juice, and seasonings and cook covered until vegetables are tender.
