Baked Omelet

4 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 lb swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup Fresh chives, minced

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Butter a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

Whisk together the eggs, water and salt in a medium sized bowl; pour mixture into baking dish, sprinkle with the cheese, bell pepper and chives.

Bake 15 - 20 minutes or until eggs are set and cheese is melted.

Serve immediately.
