1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup thick cream 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped 1 3/4 oz. blue cheese Mix the mayonnaise, cream, vinegar and chives together. Crumble the blue cheese into the mixture and gently stir through. Season with salt and white pepper. Can be kept refrigerated, covered, for up to 2 days. Makes about 1 cup. 0 g. Carbohydrates
