Cinnamon Meringues
2 egg whites 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar dash salt 12 packets Stevia 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
In a medium bowl, combine egg whites with cream of tartar and salt; beat until soft peaks form. Fold in cinnamon, Stevia, vanilla and almond extracts. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes.
